Who am I?

When I was 19 I walked into my doctors office and stated boldly "My Metabolism is dead"
 
I was gaining weight rapidly, my hair was falling out in handfuls, I could barely get out of my bed I was so tired, and the brain fog had me struggling to remember things, and concentrated on studying. 
 
After blood work my doctor said I was "fine" and there was nothing she would do.
 
Refusing to accept this was how I was gong to live the rest of my life I spent the last decade learning. how to recalibrate my thyroid.
 
Using this protocol I was able to re-calibrate my thyroid to lose 30lb, re-gain my energy, brainpower, and confidence.
