Weight-loss series 2 - DETOX
I'm sure you're familiar with the saying "You are what you eat." But what about the things that you don't eat?
Our livers work hard to detoxify our bodies of the toxins we're exposed to everyday, but when they get overloaded, those toxins can re-circulate and cause all sorts of problems like weight gain, hormone issues, and mood problems.
In this episode of my podcast, I talk about how sluggish livers can lead to weight gain. If you're interested in learning more about this topic or want help overcoming your own liver problems, please book a call with me. I'd love to chat with you!
